"I have gotten two emails asking for a review so here we go…. I ordered my toppers on 10/13 which was more than enough time to wear them for the week of Halloween however they did not come with my other topper that was ordered on the same day. I reached out to customer service and was told they would get a replacement out right away. Well here we are 4 days before Halloween and I keep getting auto replies to my inquiries stating my order will ship in 3-5 days, pretty sure these will not arrive in time. I just wish there was a way to reach a human on the phone to figure out what my options would have been. To say I am beyond frustrated with Pair eyewear is an understatement."
